Business Execution Consultant 3

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 3 to join their dynamic team. As a Business Execution Consultant 3, you will be part of the strategic support team, collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 3

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, Minneapolis, Minnesota

What's the Job?

• Support end-to-end product delivery aligned with Agile principles, product strategy, and customer value.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to move work from ideation through delivery, focusing on outcomes.

• Establish clear methods for onboarding and evaluating new work, supporting intake and prioritization processes.

• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies impacting delivery outcomes.

• Facilitate PI Planning and quarterly execution, ensuring scope, dependencies, and risks are well-prepared and visible.

What's Needed?

• Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple teams or product areas.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Product methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and PI Planning.

• Ability to translate business priorities into coordinated delivery execution.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Jira and planning tools to support PI objectives and roadmap execution.
