LHH is partnering with a well-established construction company in Irving seeking a Disbursements Specialist to support payment processing, banking activities, and treasury functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with banking platforms, and experienced in high-volume disbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and preparing payment proposals
• Handle positive pay file processing and submissions
• Manage treasury releases with banking partners
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and in compliance with company procedures
• Reconcile payment files and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Coordinate with internal accounting and AP teams to ensure timely disbursements
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for all payment activities
• Support additional accounting or treasury-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable, disbursements, or treasury support preferred
• Familiarity with positive pay and bank payment processes strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
