They are opening a flagship boutique in Venice, CA, designed to redefine the luxury beauty and wellness experience onsite in Los Angeles. The Role They are seeking an inspired Head of Retail Experience to lead their Venice location. This is a rare opportunity to create an unforgettable client experience, guide a passionate team, and shape a flagship store. Initially, the role will be primarily based at their Venice location; however, this may change as the business continues to grow and evolve. What You'll Do Lead and inspire a high-performing boutique team Curate extraordinary customer experiences in line with the brand\'s luxury positioning Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation Drive performance through sales data and KPIs to meet ambitious goals Build relationships with customers, the local community, and brand partners Uphold the brand\'s design and aesthetic standards throughout the store What You'll Bring Proven experience in a senior retail leadership role within luxury, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle Passion for skincare, wellness, and sustainable beauty Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Results-oriented mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods Compensation $80,000 - $95,000 per year plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and employee discount. #J-18808-Ljbffr 80Twenty
