School Counselor, Severance High School Reports To: Principal Job Family: Certified FLSA Status: Exempt Pay Range: Certified Job Code: CE92 Work Calendar: 185 (26/27 SY) Prepared / Revised Date: March 16, 2026 Summary Responsible for supporting students in the areas of academic success, career and college readiness, and social/emotional development; serving as a resource for students, families, staff, and community; and delivering services within the framework of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA).
