We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Plastic Molding Machine Operator positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
Available Shift
1st/2nd/3rd Shift:
Job Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding machines and related production equipment
- Inspect molded plastic parts for quality and defects
- Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Complete basic production and quality documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Experience in plastic injection molding is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
