Global Project Manager, Home Trial Services

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Global Project Manager to oversee home-visit clinical trial implementation and participant engagement. The role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure protocol compliance and successful remote study execution.

Responsibilities

Develop study-specific plans, training materials, and project timelines
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors; assess healthcare professional qualifications for project participation
Ensure remote study activities comply with local regulations and laws
Serve as primary contact for clients and project teams on escalations and concerns
Mentor junior team members and participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
5+ years experience in clinical trials, project management, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Client relationship management and third-party vendor coordination experience
Leadership, problem-solving, and independent decision-making abilities

Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 base
