Mortgage Processing Lead — Drive Efficiency & Compliance

Bank Midwest is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager in the Kansas City area to lead the end-to-end mortgage processing workflow, ensure timely and compliant processing, and drive efficiency across the team. The role focuses on coaching processors, coordinating with loan officers and underwriters, and maintaining audit-ready, regulator-ready files. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of mortgage loan processing leadership, a strong knowledge of TRID/RESPA/TILA, and the ability to #J-18808-Ljbffr Bank Midwest
