Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Global Commercial HQ

Director-level HR Business Partner role at Danaher's Leica Biosystems, supporting global commercial teams. Translates business strategy into people initiatives focused on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership. Based on-site in Deer Park, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Align business strategy with integrated people strategy for growth and organizational effectiveness
- Coach leaders on talent management, organizational design, succession planning, and capability development
- Lead organizational changes including restructuring and workforce transitions
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR centers of excellence on complex people matters
- Use people data and metrics to demonstrate HR impact on business outcomes
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with 12+ years progressive HR experience including business partnering and organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrated expertise in talent development, succession planning, and leadership advisory
- Data fluency with digital analytics or AI-enabled tools for HR decision-making
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding of HR investments
- Lean/continuous improvement knowledge applied to HR processes
- Senior HRBP experience influencing leaders in a matrixed HR model
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
