We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Superior Showers. We offer on the job training, incentive pay, and the opportunity to work in a great environment each day.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you will be provided pre-generated customers with the ideal frameless shower door solution to transform their bathroom. Superior Frameless Showers (SFS) is committed to delivering a best-in-class customer experience from initial customer contact to installation. You will be interacting with customers in their homes while measuring for new shower enclosures. After the sale the rest of the team takes over. You will be building and maintaining a strong rapport with customers that will develop into referrals. You will be provided with pre-generated leads, a sales vehicle during work hours and training on all Superior Frameless Showers products and be fully equipped with the skills and tools necessary to become a valued part of the Superior Showers sales team with unlimited growth potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: commission based $60,000-90,000+ per year. Your minimum expected in sales will have you hit $60k per year. 

We are a local glass company with approximately 25 employees. We are located in Tamarac Florida and service a 30 mile radius, we manufacturer and install glass shower doors!
