We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Bachelors in computer science or equivalent.
• Around 10 years experience as scrum master.
• Experience of Banking or Investment Markets domain is a must.
• A solid understanding of software development processes or cross-functional delivery, as well as experience with project management tools like JIRA.
• Proficiency in leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and cross-team communication.
• Comfort training team members on Agile principles.
• Ability to mediate disputes constructively and manage team dynamics.
• Certified ScrumMaster CSM, CSP, or SAFe
• Experience in creating process flow and Data pipelines and Databricks.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Used AI applications.
• Experience in creating user stories
• Know about cloud technologies such as Azure Cloud Stack and Snowflakes.
