️ About the Opportunity

Oline Construction is growing rapidly, and we’re looking to add a Contract Administrator / Project Administrator to our Omaha team.

This role is the backbone of project operations , supporting both contract administration and day-to-day project coordination. You’ll play a critical role in keeping projects organized, compliant, and running efficiently —working closely with project teams, leadership, and external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contract Administration: Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements, including execution, tracking, and change orders
• Compliance & Vendor Coordination: Oversee subcontractor onboarding, insurance, bonds, and lien documentation while ensuring compliance with project requirements
• Project Documentation: Maintain organized project files and manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and correspondence
• Financial Support: Assist with billing, pay applications, invoice tracking, and maintaining contract/cost documentation
• Scheduling & Coordination: Track submittals, procurement logs, and support scheduling updates
• Field & Closeout Support: Assist with field documentation, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout packages

• CMiC
• Textura
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Internal document management systems

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration and/or project administration
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract processes
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with CMiC and/or Textura is a plus
• Degree in Construction Management, Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
