Job Description:

The Bartender blends equal parts enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of our developing food & beverage program. We count on you to create a unique, personal experience for each guest you encounter by making personal connections, garnished with a great attitude that brings folks back to Sofive!

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system
• Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule
• Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
• Required: Minimum age of 21 years old
• Plus: appreciation for soccer!

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events in order to proactively inform guests and invite them back
• You are responsible for taking orders, making beverages for all guests, serving beverages, selling food, and building repeat clientele
• Ability to follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience
• Work as a contributing member of a team and communicate with management and serving reps to ensure effective customer flow
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers
• Ability to make suggestions and bring propositions to management to grow the business
• Cross training and mandatory cleaning are requirements of the role
