Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats, and tickets.
- Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits, and tracking.
- Develop knowledge of products, services, etc and effectively convey this information to customers.
- Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Be an active team member and support overall teamwork and morale
- Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules.
- Maintain established performance levels.
- Completed Secondary Education
- Experience working in customer service-related work.
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and via email.
- Customer service skills and professionalism with a strong ability to diffuse customer concerns.
