What You Will Do:

• Prepare and cook burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, pasta, and entrees to recipe standards while delivering consistent flavor, quality, and presentation.
• Work efficiently across assigned stations, including sauté, grill, pantry, broiler, and prep, to support smooth à la carte service.
• Use strong knife skills, portion control, and batch-cooking techniques to keep ingredients fresh, organized, and ready for service.
• Plate every dish with care, maintaining attractive presentation and the high food-quality standards guests expect.
• Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and management while stepping in to help the team during busy meal periods.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, dietary-restriction, and kitchen-cleanliness practices to create a dependable dining experience.

What You Will Bring:

• You have professional cooking experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, Prep Cook, Grill Cook, or similar back-of-house culinary team member.
• You can confidently execute sautéing, broiling, scratch cooking, and recipe-based preparation in a fast-paced kitchen.
• You understand proper knife handling, food quality, portion control, and the importance of consistent plate presentation.
• You bring a reliable, positive attitude and work well with others during active lunch, dinner, and breakfast service.
• You can remain organized, focused, and quality-driven while managing multiple tickets and priorities.

Nice to Have:

• A culinary arts degree or formal culinary training is valued, though practical restaurant kitchen experience is equally important.
• Experience with menu planning, food cost awareness, pastry making, soup production, pantry preparation, or accommodating dietary restrictions will help you thrive.
