The Operations Director at Aspen Bravo leads the Window & Door Replacement Division, overseeing project coordination, team management, and process standardization across multiple markets in East Tennessee. Reporting directly to the COO, this role ensures quality assurance, staff hiring, and budget oversight while driving expansion efforts into new territories. The position balances strategic oversight with occasional site visits and direct supervision of installation crews through general managers, fostering long-term relationships and maintaining Aspen Bravo’s commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
• Manage and support general managers and installation crews
• Standardize operating procedures across markets for consistency
• Maintain quality assurance and customer satisfaction standards
• Recruit, hire, and onboard staff effectively
• Oversee budget and ensure financial compliance
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Drive market expansion and growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with licensing and industry regulations
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management
• Valid driver's license
