Position Overview

As the independent administrator of the Consolidated Tape Plan, DataCT LLC’s Reporting & Compliance Operations team plays a pivotal role in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and regulatory integrity across market data reporting. This position oversees the end-to-end compliance framework governing subscriber usage submissions, audit readiness, and operational reporting. The administrator collaborates closely with the Consolidated Tape Plan participants and market data providers to validate usage data, identify exceptions, and maintain adherence to SEC and industry standards. By managing compliance workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, this role safeguards the integrity of DataCT’s market data operations and supports the broader mission of fair and efficient market transparency. The role reports to the Head of Operations.

DataCT operates under the independence, governance, and transparency framework established in the CT Plan and the Administrator RFP. All staff are expected to uphold the independence of the Administrator function, avoid actual or perceived conflicts of interest, and support the governance reporting obligations of the Operating Committee of CT Plan LLC.

Core Responsibilities

• Validate subscriber usage submissions and identify exceptions.

• Monitor compliance with CT Plan policies and reporting requirements.

• Support licensing audits and recovery activity.

• Maintain reporting controls, evidence packages, and audit trails.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in market data usage reporting, compliance, or audit operations.

• Hands-on experience with usage classification and MISU processes.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Location Requirement

This position requires regular, in-person physical presence at DataCT's principal offices in New York City. DataCT's core staff, CT Plan stakeholders, SIP Processors, auditors, and principal service providers are concentrated in the New York metropolitan area, and on-site collaboration is essential to the Administrator function.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary Range - $160,000-170,000 (commensurate
