And of course, the day after the super bowl is a company paid holiday, because we believe in recovery, rest, and reliving the best plays and commercials.Primary Duties:Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, measurements, and basic fabrication documentationGeneral construction activities & manual labor that include heavy lifting, grinding, painting the finished product & use of various power toolsPerform bolt-on assembly, hardware installation, component installation, and general mechanical assemblyInstall and finish various wall and interior coverings, including plywood, drywall, and other specified materialsPerform surface preparation, grinding, cleanup, coating preparation, labeling, stenciling, and other finishing operationsMaintain an organized and clean work area and properly care for tools, equipment, and materialsRequired Job Qualifications:Good math skills and strong skills reading blueprintsAble to use grinders, chop saws, drills, plasma cutters and both scissor-lift & forkliftsAble to bend over, kneel and crouch for long periods of time, & able to lift at least 50 lbsDesired Job Qualifications:Above average attention to detailDemonstrated problem-solving abilityGood English communication skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work independently/ in a team environment, investigate & troubleshoot issuesMetal working experienceWho We're Looking For:You take ownership, stay curious, and know that construction is a team effort.
