Charge Nurse (LPN) - Evening Shift McKnight Place Extended Care | St. Louis, MO 2 McKnight Place, St.Louis, MO 63124 Pay: $33.00 – $37.00 per hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, including rotating weekends. Your Impact: In this role, you are more than a clinician; you are a leader on the floor. Your responsibilities include: Providing and overseeing direct nursing care for our residents. Supervising and supporting nursing assistants to ensure a cohesive team environment. Administering medications and providing prompt response to emergencies. Maintaining clear, professional communication with residents, families, and physicians. Ensuring accurate documentation within electronic health records. Qualifications: Active Unencumbered Missouri LPN license. CPR certification required; IV certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, hospital, or similar clinical environments. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to professional standards.
