Assembler
Location: Elk River, MN (100% Onsite) Duration: 12 months (Contract) Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday Rate: $20.00 - $21.60 per hour on W2 Training Schedule: Worker will need to train for at least 4 weeks on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday) before moving to 2nd shift, which is 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and regulators according to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications
- Build complete assemblies from kits, averaging 20-30 units per day
- Use hand tools, torque wrenches, lubricants, and other assembly equipment
- Perform helium and functionality testing
- Package products to meet clean room and shipping standards, including vacuum-sealed packaging
- Inspect parts and finished products for scratches, dents, and defects
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain clean room standards and follow all safety procedures
Must Haves:
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Use hand tools, torque wrenches, lubricants, and other assembly equipment
