Assembler Location: Elk River, MN (100% Onsite) Duration: 12 months (Contract) Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday Rate: $20.00 - $21.60 per hour on W2 Training Schedule: Worker will need to train for at least 4 weeks on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday) before moving to 2nd shift, which is 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday Responsibilities: Assemble products and regulators according to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications Build complete assemblies from kits, averaging 20-30 units per day Use hand tools, torque wrenches, lubricants, and other assembly equipment Perform helium and functionality testing Package products to meet clean room and shipping standards, including vacuum-sealed packaging Inspect parts and finished products for scratches, dents, and defects Complete production and quality documentation Maintain clean room standards and follow all safety procedures Must Haves: Mechanical assembly experience Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Use hand tools, torque wrenches, lubricants, and other assembly equipment
