Business Intelligence Analyst for AI Training

Role Overview
Apply your business intelligence and analytics expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world feedback. This remote contract opportunity is suited to professionals experienced in building, managing, or validating dashboards, reports, and analytical workflows. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on dashboards, analytical reports, and visualizations across BI platforms.
- Develop, validate, or refine interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, or comparable tools.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot calculation logic, data sources, and metrics to ensure accurate, reliable outputs.
- Assess KPI tracking and reporting structures for accuracy and actionable insight.
- Use or evaluate AI-powered agents and workplace connectors, including ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork, to enhance or review analytics workflows.
- Document findings, provide structured feedback, and summarize corrections or improvements for data-driven processes.
- Contribute best practices for connecting BI tools with Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other workplace or cloud data systems.
- Professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
- Technical proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, MySQL, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience building, managing, or validating dashboards, analytical workflows, and metric reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Code, or Claude Cowork.
- Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace systems and cloud-based data sources.
- Strong attention to detail when identifying inconsistencies or errors in analytical outputs, calculations, and KPIs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver actionable feedback and insights.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $30 to $80 per hour.
