You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach— and exceed—your sales goals. Compensation $75,000 - $175,000 Responsibilities Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims Address existing and prospective customer requests promptly and friendly, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business Connect with families who need protection Learn how to run real financial consultations Present solutions virtually or in person Build your own book of business Get licensed (we guide you through the process) Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous customer service or sales representative experience preferred Who This Is For Competitive Coachable Business-minded Tired of income ceilings Ready to build something that lasts What You Get Day-one vesting and agency development support Bonus compensation, retirement plans, and international travel incentives About Company The Colie Group was established in 2015.
