Branch Manager (Project Management) Now Hiring - BRANCH MANAGER! In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Minot branch while helping grow market share, support profitability, strengthen customer relationships, and champion a healthy, team-focused culture. What youll do: Lead, coach, and support the Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental teams Oversee daily branch operations and keep the team focused, organized, and moving forward Recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees Set branch goals, build strategies, grow market share, and support profitability Build strong customer and community relationships in the Minot area Manage branch resources, budgets, metrics, and facility needs Promote a safe, positive, team-focused culture that reflects Swanstons values Collaborate with leaders from other locations and with senior leadership to help promote a consistent Swanston brand and experience Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, care, and follow-through What youll bring: 5+ years of experience in a equipment retail, dealership, or similar customer-focused business environment 35 years of people leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others Equipment dealership experience in sales, operations, or leadership is preferred Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills A customer-first mindset with the drive to grow the business and support the team Professionalism, good judgment, organization, confidentiality, and ethical behavior Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel Swanston will provide: Great, employee centric work environment that promotes happiness, healthiness, and safety!
