Mentoring Alliance seeks a Human Resources Manager, Employee Engagement and Recruiting to lead recruiting strategy and the onboarding experience, ensuring a mission-aligned, compassionate employee journey. Working with the Sr. Director, HR and Recruiting, this role strengthens retention, performance and development, while upholding our beliefs and governance in a biblically grounded, diverse workplace.
