The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Complaint Investigations Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Alameda, CA. Details for the position are as follows:

- Pay: $28-30/hr.
- 6-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Safely unpack and sort returned medical device products, including blood glucose meters, test strips, and sensors, by product line.
- Perform routine complaint investigations and troubleshooting of returned products to identify potential product issues and determine root causes.
- Use laboratory and electronic troubleshooting equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, and microscopes, to support investigations.
- Accurately document investigation results, findings, and testing activities within the Complaint Handling System.
- Follow written work instructions, SOPs, and established procedures while performing repetitive and routine investigations.
- Maintain individual quality records and ensure testing equipment is properly maintained and within required calibration/validity periods.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain complete, clear, and compliant documentation throughout the investigation process.
- Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- BS in a life science
- 0-1+ years of professional lab/manufacturing experience
- SOP adherence
- GMP/GDP experience
