Imaging Manager Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Imaging Manager to lead a busy diagnostic imaging department within a respected community healthcare organization. This is an ideal role for a hands-on leader who enjoys both operational leadership and direct patient care.
The Diagnostic Imaging Manager will join a mission-driven hospital recognized for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting its employees. The Radiology Manager will oversee the daily operations of diagnostic imaging while also providing clinical coverage when needed. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, equipment oversight, and budget management. This leader will also support new service line development and maintain radiation safety standards. The department serves inpatient, outpatient, and emergency populations with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Reporting to hospital leadership, the Medical Imaging Manager will partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient access and departmental performance. This leader will recruit, mentor, and evaluate imaging staff while fostering a positive workplace culture. The department values open communication, professional development, and hands-on leadership. Every team member plays an important role in delivering outstanding patient care.
