Program Manager

Program Manager needs 5-7 years experience with a solid understanding of project management principles and tools, especially Smartsheet. Seasoned Program Manager with a robust background in project management to support multiple projects within our RevOps BI Tools team. Extensive experience in managing technical projects within a SaaS organization. Proficiency in sprints, scrum, and Agile methodologies is essential. This role will work in cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to support various technical and business initiative projects. AGILE OPERATIONS MARKETING BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE FINANCIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT METRICS SAAS SCRUM Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations teams, various lines of business teams, marketing teams, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project success. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and addressing issues promptly. Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners. Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and performance metrics. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
