Role Description The President – General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Indianapolis, IN, responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial health of Sili Life Holding LLC DBA Sili Pint. The President serves as the senior operating leader of the business, with full responsibility for Silipint's P&L, business strategy, and day-to-day performance. This role leads a team of 35+ employees across operations, sales, marketing, e-commerce, creative/design, and product development and is accountable for both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. The President will have responsibility in the areas of:

Business Strategy Leadership

 ● Silipint's full P&L, including revenue growth, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability.

● Develop and execute the company's annual and long-term business strategy.

● Establish company priorities, financial targets, KPIs, and operating plans.

● Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

● Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, improve profitability, and strengthen the company's competitive position.

● Make resource allocation and investment decisions across people, product, marketing, inventory, and commercial initiatives.

● Regularly evaluate business performance and adjust strategy based on financial results, customer insights, and market conditions.

Leadership & Organizational Management

 ● Lead, develop, and hold accountable a cross-functional organization of 35+ employees spanning operations, sales, marketing, e-commerce, creative/design, and product.

● Maintain a high-performance culture centered on ownership, urgency, collaboration, and measurable results.

● Establish clear goals and accountability across functional leaders and teams.

● Ensure departments operate against shared company priorities rather than isolated functional objectives.

● Recruit, develop, and retain strong leaders and team members as the organization grows.

● Create the operating cadence, communication structure, and decision-making processes required to execute effectively.

Revenue & Commercial Growth

 ● Establish the company's overall revenue strategy across wholesale, specialty retail, promotional products, e-commerce, marketplaces, and emerging channels.

● Partner with sales leadership to establish channel strategies, revenue targets, account priorities, and new business development plans.

● Identify new customers, markets, partnerships, and distribution opportunities.

● Evaluate channel performance, customer economics, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize profitable growth.

● Ensure sales, marketing, product, and operations remain tightly aligned around commercial priorities.

Product & Assortment Strategy

 ● Establish the strategic direction of Silipint's product portfolio and assortment.

● Lead new product development priorities from opportunity identification through commercialization and launch.

● Determine category expansion, product architecture, assortment, pricing, colors, prints, and seasonal strategies based on customer demand and business potential.

● Evaluate product performance and make decisions regarding expansion, optimization, and discontinuation.

● Balance consumer insight, retailer needs, brand positioning, operational complexity, and financial return when making product decisions.

● Ensure new products support both the long-term brand strategy and the company's financial objectives.

Brand, Marketing & Creative Direction

 ● Establish Silipint's overall brand positioning, voice, and customer-facing identity.

● Set strategic direction for marketing, e-commerce, social media, email, paid media, content, and other customer acquisition and retention channels.

● Provide executive-level creative direction across photography, video, packaging, merchandising, campaigns, and brand assets.

● Ensure physical and digital content consistently communicates Silipint's value proposition and brand personality.

● Define how Silipint presents itself at trade shows, customer meetings, retail environments, events, and other physical brand experiences.

● Ensure creative investments support commercial objectives while building long-term brand equity.

Operations & Business Performance

● Provide executive oversight of operations, supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and related functions.

● Ensure operational capabilities support growth while maintaining strong service levels and cost discipline.

● Partner with functional leaders to improve forecasting, inventory management, productivity, and execution.

● Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.

● Establish and monitor company-wide KPIs across revenue, margin, inventory, service, marketing, sales, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership and general management experience, including setting vision, defining priorities, and driving execution across multiple business functions.
• Knowledge and background of printing on silicone drinkware
• Proven background in operations management and process optimization, with experience overseeing production, supply chain, inventory, and quality assurance.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L ownership, and data-driven decision making to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Commercial expertise in sales, marketing, and brand development, with a track record of growing revenue and expanding market presence in consumer products or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop diverse teams, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams, investors, partners, and key customers.
• Experience in product-based businesses, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce, with familiarity in customer experience and service excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN, with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practices
