Bilingual Paint & Customer Service Specialist

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Olathe, KS is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns, stay informed on product features, and help achieve store sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing sales, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries.
