Recruitment for North America We are recruiting for our North America region where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 150 people based from our New York and Chicago offices. Consultants based in the USA will support clients across the Americas with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long‑term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects, designing transformation programs for large, complex organizations Lead and coach project teams, develop negotiation strategies, and oversee projects onsite for 1-2 days a week Engage senior client executives, becoming a trusted advisor, and inspire teams to achieve high results Focus on business development, meeting significant sales targets, and leverage your network for recruitment activities Emphasize strategic thinking and create tailored solutions for clients Our collaborative and inclusive culture is what makes us stand out.
