Asset Coordinator

Portfolio/Asset Operations Coordinator We are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Portfolio/Asset Operations Coordinator to join our small office team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable balancing property services coordination, bookkeeping, and general office responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who can work independently, stay organized, communicate professionally, and take pride in keeping the Admin desk running smoothly. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day property services type activities Communicate with tenants, vendors, and service providers in a friendly and professional manner Respond to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and record keeping Maintain accurate files, records, and spreadsheets Prepare letters, correspondence, reports, and other office documents Schedule appointments, coordinate maintenance requests, and follow up as needed Enter and maintain data accurately Assist with general administrative and secretarial duties Provide excellent tenant assistance and help resolve routine questions or concerns Support other office needs and special projects as they arise Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Previous experience in a property management office, bookkeeping, office administration, or a related office environment. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable handling numbers, records, and confidential information Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional, friendly, and helpful attitude Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, shift priorities seamlessly and meet deadlines Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn What We're Looking For We value someone who is friendly, trustworthy, organized, and capable of wearing many hats.
