Sr. Marketing Manager, Outreach

Intuitive Surgical

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead field-based market development for da Vinci surgery procedures across an assigned region. The role involves developing localized strategies, building provider relationships, executing customer activation initiatives, and driving measurable procedure growth through cross-functional partnerships with sales and hospital stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual regional market development plans aligned with commercial priorities and procedure growth objectives
Build partnerships with surgeons, referring providers, hospital marketing leads, and sales leadership to drive coordinated execution
Lead execution of patient and referring provider education, physician locator activation, and surgeon outcome profile development
Partner with hospital and physician outreach teams to develop localized customer activation campaigns and awareness initiatives
Monitor customer activation against defined milestones and regional objectives using data-driven KPIs and referral performance metrics

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
8+ years of healthcare marketing, physician relations, medical device sales, or hospital business development experience
Demonstrated success building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare executives
Experience developing and executing regional growth strategies
Strong understanding of healthcare provider engagement and referral development
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing, customer activation strategies, and social media platforms
