As a talented General Manager, you will enjoy competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and paid training while honing your management skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily restaurant operations with a "run it like it's your own" mindset to exceed performance goalsManage inventory and control food and supply costs (COGS)Create effective schedules and oversee labor managementHire, train, coach, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering growth and accountabilityProvide outstanding customer service and promptly resolve issuesEnsure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulationsHandle cash management responsiblyQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years' experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industryStrong leadership, communication, delegation, and coaching abilitiesBasic computer and technology proficiencyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisionsFlexible availability including weekends, holidays, day and night shiftsBenefits & PerksCompetitive salary starting at $55,000 annually plus weekly and quarterly bonusesComprehensive benefits: paid time off, health, dental, and vision insuranceEmployee discounts and referral programsPaid training and a strong promote-from-within cultureWork Schedule & EnvironmentFull-time position.
