This individual will leverage AI-powered recruiting technologies, advanced sourcing strategies, and data-driven decision making to help Conair identify, engage, and hire top talent. Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions across multiple business functions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build effective recruitment strategies. Lead the hiring process from intake meeting through offer stage. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations. Digital & AI-Powered Recruiting Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, workflow efficiency, and hiring outcomes. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, online communities, and emerging sourcing technologies to identify passive talent. Create innovative sourcing campaigns utilizing social media, talent communities, referrals, and digital outreach strategies. Use recruiting analytics and dashboards to monitor pipeline health, identify trends, and drive informed decision making. Partner with Recruitment Operations to continuously improve recruiting workflows, automation opportunities, and hiring processes. Stay current on emerging technologies, recruiting trends, and best practices to help modernize Talent Acquisition. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement Actively promote Conair's employer brand across digital channels. Support talent attraction initiatives including campus recruiting, talent communities, and employer branding campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities. What You'll Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Proven success sourcing and hiring talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques. Experience leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, and digital recruiting technologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and hiring data. Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning. Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, or related industries is a plus. Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
