Human Resources Director/Payroll

Rancho Center is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in a Florissant, MO. Excellence is our goal and good outcomes are our daily measures of progress. Our staff is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for all our residents, helping each to get stronger, healthier, and happier.

HR Director/ Payroll is an integral position in our administrative team, a candidate needs to be motivated to create improvement, be very involved in hiring & onboarding staff as well as maintain a good rapport with the team.

HR Director/ Payroll Duties Include :

Day-to-day payroll duties and functions.
Ensuring all necessary onboarding documents & orientation for new employees.
Manage all aspects of time clock and payroll processing through the facility established system.
Help with all hiring & recruiting needs, Complete reference checks and arrange interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled
Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process.

You have minimum One (1) year HR/ Payroll experience in healthcare or similar services industry.
You are computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office
You are highly organized and detail-oriented
You have a friendly, outgoing personality.
