This is a results-driven, client-facing clinical leadership role .
The Case Manager owns the outcomes of our clients .
You are responsible for understanding each client’s situation, building a clear plan, and ensuring that plan produces measurable, visible results.

Clinical Leadership & Strategy
Conduct all first appointments and consultations
Perform measurements, Styku scans, and progress evaluations
Analyze client goals, lifestyle, and health factors
Build structured treatment plans and clearly communicate them
Adjust protocols based on real, measurable outcomes
Results & Accountability
Track client progress and ensure results are being achieved
Identify when clients are off track and intervene
Lead continuation and renewal conversations with confidence
Set expectations and hold clients accountable to the process
Client Relationship & Trust
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Guide clients through challenges with clarity and confidence
Communicate directly, professionally, and with purpose
Be comfortable working in a clinical setting, including clients in minimal clothing
