Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare for patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
• Manage chronic diseases, provide preventive care, address acute health issues, and support mental health through a patient-centered lens.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and develop individualized treatment strategies.
• Work alongside care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other experts to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate and current patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Provide both in-person and virtual consultations to meet patient needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current holding of) an active Ohio medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
