PT - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist - Day Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)
The Physical Therapist will provide essential outpatient and acute care services in a critical access hospital setting. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to support recovery and rehabilitation.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Implement therapy interventions for outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facility patients.
- Perform patient education for families and caregivers regarding home exercise programs and rehabilitation processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient or acute care setting.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in hand at submission.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
