We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented healthcare professional to provide essential in-home support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. In this role, you will help promote comfort, safety, dignity, and independence while supporting each person’s unique care needs in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support safe mobility, transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion activities as directed
• Provide assistance with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and basic household organization
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or environment to the appropriate care team member
• Remind clients to take medications as directed, when permitted by care plan and applicable regulations
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement during daily routines
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients
• Comply with all agency policies, privacy requirements, and infection control standards
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent credential, as required by state regulations
• Prior experience providing personal care or home-based support preferred
• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to client care
• Ability to lift, move, or assist clients in a safe manner in accordance with agency guidelines
• Reliable transportation may be required for travel between client locations
• Ability to pass required background checks, health screenings, and compliance requirements
