Sales and Marketing Trainee
As our Sales and Marketing Trainee for the Macon agency, State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 2225 Kratky Rd (Page@ Lindbergh) St Louis 63114.
- Our office is open 9-5 Monday-Friday Evenings and Saturdays by appointment.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- I am a proud graduate of Florida State University and Bowling Green State University.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 65+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Legion of Honor, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
