- Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of commercial properties
- Manage vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure properties are operating efficiently
- Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and capital improvements within budget
- Monitor building systems including HVAC, roofing, utilities, and common areas
- Review invoices, operational expenses, and vendor agreements
- Assist with annual budgeting and financial reporting
- Maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships while ensuring a high level of service
- Support leasing activity, tenant renewals, and occupancy initiatives as needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours property emergencies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, facilities management, or construction management
- Strong understanding of commercial building operations and maintenance
- Experience xhyhwjd managing vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license required
