This role is entirely remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to provide crucial support to clients from the comfort of their own space. Our outpatient office setting is equipped with advanced digital tools to facilitate sessions. Our responsibility is to make therapy accessible and comfortable, promoting a supportive environment for both therapists and clients. The majority of our interactions occur during standard business hours, from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective care.

• Provide educational support and guidance to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client wellbeing.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorders to continuously improve therapeutic practices and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
