Now offering $2000 sign on bonus.Available Shift:3:00PM-11:00PM (Monday-Friday)11:30PM-8:00AM (Monday-Friday)7:30PM-7:30AM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate Extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards for waste, quality, and utilization.Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings.Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes.Conduct quality checks and enter results.Run the production equipment in accordance with Standard Line Conditions.Use the production line performance reporting tools in an accurate and timely manner.Qualifications:One Year Manufacturing ExperienceMechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills (written and verbal).Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.Able to lift up to 50 lbs.Company BenefitsBenefitsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
