Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to discern clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that identify specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention and safety planning when required.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that empower clients to share experiences and develop coping strategies.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

You will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, supplemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
