Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our clinical team. This is a dynamic, hybrid clinical role that requires ongoing, hands‑on direct therapy implementation alongside indirect clinical duties and supervisory responsibilities. This position is ideally structured for an ambitious BCaBA or LABA pursuing their BCBA credential—offering a clear path to complete both restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours during paid working hours. Key Responsibilities: Direct Therapy (Core Requirement), Supervision and training of CBT's, managing of client behavior change programs Provide ongoing 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients on a consistent, scheduled basis utilizing Precision Teaching and Assent-Based Care practices. Conduct direct treatment sessions during daytime and after-school hours (until 6:00 PM). Continuously monitor assent and assent withdrawal cues (vocal and non‑vocal), adapting session structure and tasks to maintain a positive, low‑stress learning environment. Indirect Clinical & Supervisory Duties (Unrestricted Opportunities) Support in the design of, implementation, and adjustment of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), skill‑acquisition programs, and stimulus materials. Collect and chart real‑time data using Standard Celeration Charts / precision measurement systems to drive clinical decision‑making. Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and support to Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs), coaching them on assent‑based practices and Precision Teaching protocols. Perform treatment fidelity checks, clinical audits, and caregiver training sessions. Qualifications & Requirements Licensure: Required Active Washington State Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date). Clinical Disposition: Willingness and commitment to maintain ongoing direct therapy implementation as a core component of the daily/weekly role. Schedule: Ability to work after‑school peak hours until 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday). Clinical Values: Strong commitment to Assent‑Based Care, trauma‑informed practices, and client autonomy. Experience: Experience with ABA required, and strong interest or experience in Precision Teaching (prior experience preferred, but training is provided). Transportation & Service Area Must possess a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle. Must be willing and able to commute throughout our service area—including North Seattle, close‑in North suburbs (e.g., Shoreline, Edmonds), and Eastside suburbs (e.g., Bothell, Kirkland, ) and navigate local traffic conditions to access client sites, schools, and home‑based settings. Clear background check required.
