As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of both challenging and rewarding cases, providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients dealing with family law issues. You will navigate complex legal matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and more. This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the area of family law. Responsibilities Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and more. Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective case strategies that protect the rights and best interests of clients. Negotiate settlements in a timely and advantageous manner, always prioritizing the client's needs and goals. Participate in all stages of litigation, from drafting pleadings and discovery responses to representing clients in court hearings and trials. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless client service. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in family law and actively participate in continuing legal education opportunities. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law practice. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and mediating family law disputes. Extensive experience in child custody and child support cases, with a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Ability to work independently and manage a large caseload effectively.
