Legal Entity Lifecycle & Dissolution Analyst

G MASS Consulting

G MASS Consulting is looking for a regulatory and legal entity operations professional in Dallas, Texas to support clients in the structured dissolution and lifecycle management of legal entities. This role involves collaborating with paralegal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of dissolution processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
