Field Service Technician

Technical Service Technician – Keystone Location: Washington D.C. / Northern Virginia / Maryland. Travel: 75-80% travel by company car. Compensation: $24–$30 per hour, plus bonus and ownership equity. Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed. Work location: on the road, at customer sites. Responsibilities Perform on‑site performance testing, certification, and maintenance of cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, isolators, and related controlled‑environment equipment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field, escalating complex issues as needed. Document test results accurately and produce timely reports for clients. Serve as the on‑site face of Keystone with pharmaceutical, biotech, university, and advanced manufacturing customers. Travel between customer sites throughout the D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland territory in a company‑provided vehicle. Participate in ongoing training during the first 3 months, shadowing experienced technicians. Minimum Qualifications High integrity, work ethic, and professionalism. At least 1 year of mechanical experience. Proficient in basic mathematics. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work through complex technical issues. Clear communication with technical and scientific professionals. Excellent team and customer communication skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no criminal history.
