Responsibilities Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision‑clean linens, polished silverware, and chip‑free china. Coordinate the flow of service, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time. Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top‑notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full‑service dinners. Handle audio‑visual setup and troubleshooting. Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork. Qualifications Customer service experience – essential for guest satisfaction. At least 6 months of banquet food service experience – experience with plated dinners. Leadership potential or experience – ability to guide and lead a team. Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
