Inbound Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Job Description

Join the Luis Mangandi Allstate Agency in Anchorage! We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to assist existing clients, provide exceptional service, and identify new sales opportunities. This position focuses primarily on inbound calls, building customer relationships, and generating business through cross selling rather than cold calling. Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and service existing insurance accounts.

Identify cross selling opportunities and generate new business.

Conduct customer insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.

Assist with policy changes, billing, renewals, and claims questions.

Prepare quotes and help customers understand their options.

Occasionally follow up with prospective customers and sales leads.

Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.

Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals.

Requirements

Active Alaska Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable with inbound sales and cross selling.

Organized, dependable, and punctual, with the ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Alaska Time.

Previous insurance experience preferred.

Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
