They partner with industry-leading customers on highly engineered products while offering employees a collaborative environment where they can directly influence company success.Job DescriptionDevelop and optimize injection molding processes for both new and existing tooling using scientific molding principles. Lead mold sampling, process development, validation activities, and production launches. Troubleshoot molding processes, tooling, materials, automation systems, and manufacturing equipment. Conduct DOE studies, process validations, capability studies, and data analysis to improve operational performance. Partner with Quality, Operations, Tooling, and Engineering teams to improve quality, cycle times, scrap rates, and overall efficiency.
